    Hi Alex,
I did enjoy your blog. I’m CEO of a medium sized charity, Beanstalk being my own small enterprise. I actually stopped donating to an organisation once I found out that it had spent £20,000 on a rebranding project which, to me, seemed pointless: they’re still referred to by their old name.
    Kind regards
    Annie

Thanks for your comment Annie – I suspect that the branding industry is better at estimating the fundraising gains which can be linked to a shiny new brand, than the fundraising losses from disillusioned donors like yourself….

Great summary of both the challenges of change and some really simple and obvious solutions … and it didn’t cost the earth.
