The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) has made a film about innovation featuring Shared Lives and Homeshare. Jo is a young man finding new independence and a job through Shared Lives and his involvement in Lionel and Nora’s family life. Paul wanted some company and support now that he lives alone, after his wife needed residential care. Parm is recently divorced and was looking for somewhere to live. “He’s like a father to me”, she says.
